Trinity Towers

Sometimes I believe I think I believe that I don't deserve to live there. It's a very nice well-kept building, the staff are great they help me take a proprietary interest living there to keep keep the place safe.

Been living here almost two years in one of the studios on the 2nd floor.The apartment is nice and cozy with a built in private space/ sleeping area which is not common for a studio. It gets a bit loud at night but ive gotten used to that. For the price of the apartment and the off street parking its worth it . last week I had some issues that required maintenance, I called their maintenance emergency line and and Joe was at my apartment within 10 min. Joe and his crew were friendly, went out of their way when they could to make sure I understood what was happening on their end and when I could expect things to be completed. He always answered his phone when I called or texted with questions and didnt seem bothered when I would call more than once. When I was sick with Covid and my employer called the building because they couldnt reach me on my cell managment took the trime to come up and knock on my door to make sure I was ok. Much appreciated all of you.

Yeah they docked me around saying my risk score wasn't up to the property standards which x-ed me out of all the trinity property's in SF and thanks to their credit screening company that I tried contest the report they said that I was confusing and that I should take it up with the property so I think they fixed it to where I would lose my sections that's what I got out of it
