I've been living in this place for 8 years now, and I cannot say good enough about living at the Gantry. Incredible, professional and accommodating staff. Big thanks to the Property Manager Adrienne and her amazing working staff. Today, I had another amazing experience I wanted to share, and send a big shout out to the super hero the property service supervisor Byron Morales Hernandez who have gone above and beyond providing his support and responding quickly to our concerns. Today, He fixed our shower faucet, and he also noticed that our window was not probably closing. So, he fixed it as well, and now our apartment is very quiet and Thanks to him, our kids now can sleep very well.

Ive been living here for a year and I just renewed for a second year. I have a 1 bedroom in the 6th floor and I have a small dog. I work from home and Ive never had any noise issues, as long as I keep the windows closed. During my stay, the fire alarm has only gone off once. Throughout my stay Ive always found the best support from the management team. Kiara and Travis were fantastic, although they are not there anymore. Adrienne is really great and helpful! Steve and Gideon as well. Its a very friendly community and I love that twice a year they organize a residents get together. I was able to meet other neighbors which was really great! I got a good deal when I signed my first lease, and I was afraid I would get a crazy rent increase upon renewal but I didnt. Not only that, when I saw that a similar unit was available for less than my rate, they offered me an incentive so it matches it. Ive lived in similar buildings before (Indigo in Redwood City), and they sucked at keeping the current residents happy. I feel very well taken care of and I very much recommend this building to new residents. My only complaint used to be that the carpets needed cleaning but they cleaned them pretty soon after I moved in, and most recently they put new ones so no complaints whatsoever now! Oh theres no chute so you do have to get used to seeing trash bins outside apartments as theres a daily valet that picks them up every night. Thats something to get used to. I have a car and got the citys resident parking permit ($160 a year), so thats a good way to avoid the $300+ monthly parking fee to park inside the building.
