French bee

If you think how bad can a budget French airline bee oh my god. Its bad. Its so bad. They tried to tell us we couldnt fly because one party had their ticket suspended. What did that mean? The man at the counter was having a little fit and wouldnt explain. He threatened to call the captain and not let us on. Keep in mind were a family of 4, just standing there trying to figure out if our vacation was ruined. Almost on the verge of tears, my Mom was, after planning this Tahiti trip for a year. The man laughed at us and said we needed to buy another ticket. Right there and then. For $800. Seeing no other choice, we did just that. A minute later, the man gets on the phone and says oh, they re activated your old ticket. Maybe youll get a refund in 24 hours. We got a refund a week later. This man was combative, rude, and mean. The cruelty was not acceptable and French Bee is getting reported to anyone and everyone for this horrible, disgusting, experience.

The worst company which I have ever seen. Took $100 for one buggage suit, when their website write it coast $50. Also small child (5 years old )took a seat a lot of rows apart. Manager was very rude, and said " it's your problem. I can't do something"

Wow French Bee is running such an unethical airline business. I called to change a flight to one day later and there was a cost difference of $400 for the same class flight. I looked up on their website that they had cheaper prices for one day later but they wouldn't change it to those seats. And now I just looked after my call, they made all the flights more expensive. What a terrible airline!

Airline to avoid at all cost! They just robbed me and my wife! The online check in did not complete for undisclosed reason. Because we did not show up 1h40m+ (???) in advance at the airport, they did not let us board the plane at the boarding gate! They said the seats will remain empty and we loose the money. Next cheapest flight that night was $2k / person. The policy is just bad for everybody. Theyll be losing a lot of customers Never seen that before.
