Unprofessional, do not empower their clients to learn more about their taxes, do not directly answer questions and I've had more problems with my taxes since using them than I have ever had. I am appalled I stuck with them for 5 years thinking I would get the 1:1 support I needed as a small business owner. I was completely misled the first time I talked to them about what they offer and they missed huge pieces of my taxes several years in a row which I had to clear up on my own. This was extremely costly, time consuming and surprising given I was paying someone each year to help ensure my taxes were correct. Doing my taxes with them was a headache and left me asking the same questions without clear answers year over year. If something doesn't feel right, it's not and it's time to move on. I wish I had after year 1!

I fired these folks three months ago after being alerted by a government agency that a filing they submitted for me was wildly off base, resulting in the loss of tens of thousands of dollars. I started working with an actual bookkeeper who has taught me how to reconcile my own books. I have since learned that "reconciliations" done by Liz and her team were full off errors. Reconciliations which I paid thousands of dollars for them to complete. I actually need to get back to fixing their "work" right now, or I would go into greater detail about the cornucopia of mistakes they made on my dime. I don't know who this TJ guy is that gave this business 5 stars. He must be a family member or totally ignorant to the work they're doing. Don't believe me? Look BEYOND these 2 google reviews. There are a ton of others out there that I wish I'd bothered to look for before flushing my hard-earned money down the toilet.
