Ace Tree Service Inc

I had an appt for Gil to come out. At the end of the time frame he still wasnt here so I called and they tell me he will be 30 mins late(I called, they didnt call me.) 45 mins after that 30 mins he still didnt arrive. Nobody called me to say hed be later and he actually never even showed up. I called the company and left a message and no one has called me back. Its unprofessional and rude. *response to you Ace. if you were out, I still should have been called and told Gil would be super later and wouldnt be showing up at all. Thats not how you run a business.

Not sure if this business is still in service. I left 3 messages with them and have yet to hear back nor have I been able to connect with a person by phone.

Ace Tree Services did an excellent job removing three very tall Canary Island pines that were in a far corner of my back yard. They were very professional and delivered what they promised. Awesome tree removal service we have ever used! Gil gave us the best quote while others quoted 5 times the amount for 5 palms. They showed up on time and with 20 minutes had all 5 trees down. In 40 mintues they had turned the trees into mulch which was so satifying! Great job guys! We will definitely be reaching out to you all again when we are ready to cement the backyard!
