I had the pleasure of being helped by Maria and she is phenomenal! I am switching to State Farm after having been with Mercury insurance for 11 years. She asked me what my current coverage and walked me through what State Farm is offering. She gave me crucial information and really took her time explaining what the new policy will be. Maria was very patient with my questions and concerns and really took her time with helping me understand what the new coverage entails. I am so happy with the service she provided, and even happier with my new rate. I completely understand that my rate would not have been possible without being grandfathered into my in-law's policy. Regardless, she explained this information with me in depth and emphasized that she is available for further clarification should I need more information.
