Great specialty store! Edit: Now that I see the ownership here actually cares about what their customers think, I'll elaborate on my experience. I purchased one of the table top epoxies for a bar top project. The job was to remove the previous bar logo and replace it with the new bar logo and fill back with clear epoxy resin as seamlessly as possible. And I apologize for not remembering the exact product name, but it wasn't the deep pour table top epoxy - it was the other of the same brand... The product was top-notch and the customer service was even better! The lady and gentleman that helped me were kind, extremely helpful - and knowledgeable in their field of practice. Great job Rockler!

As always the customer care that I receive is great. I shop Rockler for odds and ends where it is easy to get things I need and there is always someone to help. This time it was Jennifer who is Very knowledgeable about by hand woodworkinggreat discussing dovetails and wood products with heragain, very knowledgeable and so willing to help.
