If you can go to La Jolla location they have better customer service. I was there today I am a regular customer . I left some clothes on hold they were not helpful the guy that put the hold on me was useless. I only put it for one hour. I was all over the store between the fitting rooms and the cash register trying to see where my clothes are . The staff is bad trained. This is the last time I visit this location I wasn't able to get my clothes because they have poor organization. Awful customer service.

After reading all the reviews i have to agree with the people who said customer service sucks at this location..
The 1st time i visited the store no one welcomed me, i had to look for my size by myself,, im not a picky person so i didnt mind after 10 minutes someone just say hi are you finding everything okai? I said yes cause i had found the size and the clothes i was looking for,. The 2nd time the girl at the front didnt welcome nobody, plus she was looking at the people with a mad face and just looking at their outifts from top to bottom, she really made me feel uncomfortable, defenitely i will order online to avoid to see people who dont wanna be there working in customer service

I visited the store yesterday afternoon and as usual the store and staff were amazing! I love the new colors they have in right now. Kristen Z. was such a doll and had amazing customer service! Thanks for all your help and for answering all my annoying questions Kristen!

Not sure why people are bashing customer service. Was here just a few days ago and staff greeted us with smiles and were very attentive!

The other reviews about customer service here are 100% correct. Place seems under staffed, no one on the floor - good luck if you need help finding an item or a size, youll have better luck ordering online.
