I had a bad interaction with Lily, the store manager. I was in San Diego for a personal matter and needed an outfit. She obviously thought I wasnt up to par being in her store. How do these people get away with this?
I love the clothes but its not worth going there if you have to fight for the attention of the employees (happen to be the manager) when I confronted her with my concern I was being ignored I was treated so poorly. I think she uses intimidation tactics to win. Corporate should really look into her and the way she treats people!

I have been a Jjill client for several years. I love their clothes, the quality, the design. The service at UTC Mall and Fashion Valley is excellent. 10 stars for the staff.

This is not the first time I have been disappointed by the staff at this store. My mother loves the clothes here and we come here ever so often to look at this season's clothes. The clothing is wonderful and soft, but the staff don't care. They look us up and down and even though my mother is in full J.Jill clothes the don't even greet you or give you the time of day. I don't recommend coming unless you fit their standards of an "appropriate customer".

very nice clothing store! it took some time to get to the fashion valley mall for this shop, but it was worth it!
