This was in late 2018, but I couldn't even make a free estimate appointment. The woman scheduling the appointment said I was REQUIRED to have my husband present when her representative arrived. When I said there is no husband and I told her I was the homeowner she said I needed to have my entire family present instead. I do not recommend this seemingly misogynistic company. Go with someone else.

I do not recommend using Renewal by Andersen for your door and window replacement, and heres why: I ordered two sliding doors and a window. One of my doors arrived with a dent in the frame. I have tried to contact management via phone and email both directly and through customer service and have not heard back from them on how to proceed. Secondly, I ordered the pine finish for the inside of both doors. The fabrication looks cheap and unfinished- it does not meet my expectations for quality. Im disappointed in the lack of communication from a company that prides itself on unwavering commitment to your satisfaction and Accountability. Separately, the install crew has been nothing but professional, punctual, communicative, and courteous of our home. Lance, Jerry, and Ashton have done a great job. Unfortunately I sit here drinking my coffee, staring out of an unfinished, dented door for a second week- waiting for someone, anyone, from management or customer service to call me back.
