        My appointment was for 8am the day before Thanksgiving. I got there early, while they were setting up their signs and opening up the bay. Another person arrives after and was served before me. The elder woman there told me he was a 'backup appointment'? Then told me I had to wait... there was only 1 mechanic. They seemed like nice people, but the service made me feel treated unfairly and no one likes that.

        Ive been coming to this place for 4-5 years now. They tell you only the truth about your car, and never try to overcharge when there are tons of auto repair shops tryna rip off of you. I truly appreciate it and highly recommend this place.

      I'm sorry that you felt that you were treated unfairly. I believe the lady asked if the other customer can go first since that person was in a hurry, and understood that it was okay. If this has inconvenienced you in any way, I would like to apologize. We normally take appointments first and then walk-ins. Thank you for sharing your experience.
