High Quality Water of San Diego

When my husband and I started smelling chlorine in our water, we started looking around for whole house water filters. One of our choices was Rain Soft. (My mom has actually had a Rain Soft system on her house since before I was born and has nothing but good things to say about the system itself.) AJ from High Quality Water came out to test our water to determine the system we'd need. He was incredibly personable and professional, and the testing was very thorough. We've also run into some issues on our end timing the installation due to some prior scheduled work on our house, and the whole team, including Danny the contractor, has been flexible and really informative.

Danny and AJ provided top notch service! AJ made a good sales pitch and answered every question we had. Up until the install AJ was just a call or text away and immediately resolved some of the issues we had. There was some confusion for scheduling the install but I believe the fault lies with Home Depots scheduling service. If you call to reschedule make sure you connect with High Qualitys office not Home Depot. During the installation Danny was very accommodating and made sure all our concerns were addressed. He was very considerate of our home and kept his workspace clean!

I love that I bought this system! I have only had my system for a few weeks but have already seen the difference! My skin feels so much softer where I dont have to use as much lotion, my soap lathers up much better and I dont have to use as much shampoo and conditioner. Also, my dishwasher no longer gets white streaks from the hard water. Im very satisfied and Joseph had great customer service in check in with me throughout the process.

I bought a new home in July, and had several companies come to test the water and show their systems. The RainSoft system was by far the best one with superior technology and highest efficacy in terms of maintenance, so I decided to go with them. We are very happy with the results, the skin and hair feels so much better, and no more spots! Everything just feels cleaner, and were saving money by not needing to buy harsh chemicals anymore! The sales rep came back to test the water as he promised, and showed us the the water is actually clean. We couldnt be happier!
