Gerardo and Steven went above and beyond on the project. From start to finish they were very responsive and flexible with timing. They explained things in detail and had predictions around what was causing our issues, which were true when we opened up our flooring. Gerardo is extremely friendly, professional, and communicative. He came out to assess a potential leak at my house on short notice and quickly established himself as trustworthy and diligent. He spent no less than an hour at my house trying to diagnose the issue and at the end didnt even charge me a penny, saying that inspections are free of charge.
