I have suffered with insomnia for decades. I can go to sleep but I wake up around 2:00 am nightly and am usually awake for at least 2 hours.....often the rest of the night. I recently started taking 1/2 of a Delta 8 THC 25 mg gummies 30 minutes before bed. They worked great! I sleep for 8 hours. I have even gotten up to let the dog out and am able to quickly fall back to sleep. My ping pong brain has finally went to sleep too. I started taking 1/4 of a gummies at bed time. I was relaxed but woke up at 2. The next night I took 1/2 a gummies and slept like a baby. I wake up feeling well rested and not rummy at all....of course I still have my 2 cups of coffee lol. Anyway...I highly recommend this product for those of you who struggle with insomnia.
