Delicious and authentic! My wife and I are cooks and love bon mi hoi an. The pho is spot on (the owners said it was his mother's recipe and takes two days to make. The depth of flavor is amazing and the meat is very tender. the egg rolls are hand made and delicious! My wife likes the "french" dip which is ban mi with a side of pho broth. We have found our favorite pho restaurant and highly recommend Bon mi hoi an for a great Vietnamese dinner!
