Ive lived all over the country, and this is the best vet Ive ever been to. My pup is usually highly anxious and standoffish at the vet, but here he gives the techs and doctors kisses and is at ease. He had a skin issue and the vet went above and beyond to figure out what it was and how to treat it. If you are looking for a vet and San Diego, look no further.

I am a fellow veterinarian, teaching at a convention this weekend. Our supplies did not arrive in time for the lab we are teaching so I asked if we could purchase these supplies from this hospital. Mind you, the supplies needed cost all of about $10. I was told they are corporate so they couldn't help me. Sad to see where VCA has put our profession. Seek locally owned veterinary hospitals.

Ive been taking my cat (Bella) here for her regular annual visits for a few years And have always had a pleasant experience. Recently over a weekend I had to take her to an after hours emergency veterinarian after she had stopped eating or drinking water and became very lethargic. That was on a Friday nightcome Monday morning, She was still not doing good at all. I called the VCA as soon as they open Monday morning and I relayed My concerns. Though they did not have any appointments available, I received a call back 30 minutes later, that they would take her for a drop off for observation and treatment. The staff and the doctors were very helpful and communicated well with me. I picked Bella up later in the day after a round of fluids and some additional medication,,.shes back to her normal self!! The best part is that the doctors will text or call you in the following days to ensure that your furry friend is in good health still!! Dr. Olson is the doctor who helped us this time and we are so appreciative!!
