Dr. Bigelow has been our Vet for almost 20 years. He is so good with my three dogs. He is especially gentle and thorough with my older dog, who always needs extra attention. The office staff is always friendly and helpful. Getting an appointment is very easy, and I love using their app to take care of things that used to require a phone call.

Everything has been seamless from booking the initial urgent care appt day-of when my primary vet didnt have openings for over a week, to the exam and test readouts with the vet, to getting my follow-up email and phone Qs answered in a timely manner. I love how convenient their app is as well. The facility is impeccable and the staff have all been so kind, which is so helpful when youre scared/stressed. I plan to switch my pup over to this clinic as her primary vet after this experience even though we live ~25-30 mins away and our current vet is only a 5 min drive for us.

The entire staff was so caring and thorough with our dog at his last check up. Our vet made sure he had a full understanding of our pups needs and made a plan to help us through next steps of getting him great care. We could not love our vet more! Always so happy to see us and makes us feel at ease.
