        Dr. Ou and Dr. Chu are amazing!! Excellent doctors who listen well, answer questions thoroughly, and provide high quality care for my pets. Staff is happy and friendly. Everyone there is highly dedicated to providing the best care. Highly recommend!

        This vet missed that our kitty had heart disease/ failure. In 36 hours (and $2200 later), the ER vet had to euthanize her. Heartbreaking.

        Can't say enough good things about Ark - Dr. Chu and everyone else there are really fantastic. I have had a couple of weird and unexpected things come up with my dog including a large tumor, and they've been not only compassionate but also always thorough and informative. I ask a lot of questions and have never felt remotely rushed or like they were glossing over any details. Highly recommended!
