I just called to ask a simple question. The operator was very nasty to me, and with all the auto transporters around, this would be my last choice. I asked if they have a actual office in San Diego and I want to deal with the owner operator direct not through a agency. I use to be in the relocation business myself and know what to ask. Could you just imagine if there was a delay or worse a claim with this company. NEXT.

Shipped my Audi A7 open freight from San Diego to New Hampshire. Car received slightly dirty as to be expected on open container across country. No damage. Communication was great. I would use this company again any day. Thank you.

I cant speak about the company as a whole but had a unique experience with a sale/representative named Travis (with Australian accent maybe).. total human speed bump. If you had to work with him make sure he can repeat your email address correctly (apparently he typed yahpp instead of yahoo.com for my email so my contract was never received), poor communication. I waited for over 3 weeks and called numerous times wanting to know what was going on because I needed the car for work at my destination then Travis called and said we been on a bidding war with truck drivers and the driver wanted more money so we can take it at that price or counter offer Im sorry .. what?! Im just a consumer simply trying to transport my car, Im not buying a house, how come this had never been communicated with me from the get-go so I can decide whether I can work with you or not? When Travis realized his mistakes instead of owning his mistake, he was trying to argue with me that oh inflation and gas prices gone up. So then why didnt you quoted me with the highest price with gas + inflation in it instead of making me wait for over 3 weeks and when I said I really needed my car for work and you take advantage of the situation and increase the price. Then he said maam I can cancel your order. Really ? I waited just for him to say if you want I can cancel your order? Bottom line is, I wouldnt mind paying little bit more if this was explained to me clearly at the beginning that there might be some hidden fees later on if you desperately needing a car for work.

My car just arrived today and the whole process of working with Lance at Auto Shipping Group was a great experience. I have never used auto shipping company before. My car was shipped from Texas to California and I would definitely use their services again in the future. Thanks Lance.
