Great delivery and customer service. The delivery man took extra care to place our packages in a safe spot and even made the extra effort to wrap the packages in plastic to protect them from the rain.

Mike is a real gem. He is a very rare combination of both delivery competence AND good "bedside manner" in medicine. Please, please, please keep him in the La Jolla area so that I have the pleasure of having him as my delivery person again! And please thank him, again, on my behalf.

I haven't even received my goods yet. I totally agree with previous reviewer Jillian Roco. The customer non service is horrendous. They are NOT working with you, threatening you with storage fees if they can't deliver within 48 hours. I am receiving a huge shipment and need to be home for the delivery. I basically had to cancel clients to fit THEIR schedule within 8 hours, because they hadn't reached me the previous business day. They had my blood boiling within 5 min. I just pray they can deliver before I have to cancel more clients. I am raging. Awful experience.
