Just called this man, and he was extremely rude. Assuming Im some sort of telemarketer, whatever that means. Im sure he gets annoying calls all day, but Im just trying to get a car moved and had some questions. Dont bother with this place.

I Used Auto Express to ship a vehicle Id won at auction from Michigan, to Cali. First time doing so they made the process very smooth Craig the dispatcher or rep was super informative even the carrier or driver was good super helpful and motivated to work, I initially went with ROADRUNNER AUTO which kept canceling carriers which resulted in storage fees. Unlike RRA, AUTO EXPRESS INC keeps their word 10/10 Communication !!! on eta, directions even paying was seamless def would do business again with AUTO EXPRESS INC! Recommend to all!!!!

One of the reasons why moving is so stressful is because of all the major changes happening in your life, Especially when it comes to moving your most expensive items your vehicles. Also moving from state to state. Auto Express Inc. was amazing from beginning to middle to end. Pricing was affordable, correct and no hidden fees.No surprises on delivery or pick up. Communication was amazing from before pick up, during pick up, transport and delivery. Did as promised. I had 2 vehicles transported and both arrived the same as they had left my presents. I would 100% recommend them and are looking to use them again in the future. Thank you Auto Express Inc. and Craige for making out family feel protected and valued as a customer.
