I had a pretty bad experience with this broker recently. Their charges were the highest for a target day pick up and drop off among other available options, but I decided to go for it based on the Google rating and because they had a local office in SD (which they actually don't). After calling several times on the day of pickup, I got to know that the driver won't pick up as he promised. It took several iterations to find another replacement driver and the car wasn't delivered until 2 days after the scheduled date. I had to keep on calling the auto movers to get an exact delivery date. They still charged the same amount after such inconvenience. update on 07/21/2022: Response to owner's comment: Sorry but this is more of a bad service than a bad luck in my case. Also received emails from your agent asking me to remove review w/o acknowledging the problem. Ofcourse, delivery on time is also your responsibility as you took the reservation. Delayed delivery costed me a lot at the car service and I requested for reimbursement which was not approved. Worst part was the lack of sincerity. I had to email and call several times to find out that the mover is not going to show up for pick up on the day of pickup.
