        We have used XPO for years, but Michael Myers the local sales rep has been horrible to work with. Completely ignores our calls and emails if we have any questions. Says he will call back, NEVER does. I hope XPO looks into getting a more professional local sales rep. We have decided to cease all operations with XPO after dealing with him. I hope other stores that consider using XPO will read this and use other carriers instead of XPO. Please email me and I'll send phone screenshots and emails of all the messages we sent him with ZERO response.
