All I can say about Michael is in my opinion, of him that he is a greedy blood sucking lawyer. He doesn't care about the client only the money.

This man sold me out to advance his career. As my attorney in a murder case of which I was innocent of he not only placed me at the scene of the crime he called no character witnesses for my alibil which I had many. I am free now after serving 23 year of my life in prison. I honestly don't know how he sleep's at night nor do I understand how he is still practiceing law!

Michael Berg was my public defender. He forced me into signing a plea deal that was worse than if I had gone to trial. Did Ten long years in prison for my husband of Bates Feed and Pet... selling iodine out of our feed and pet store. Berween my abusive husband and Michael's apathy towards me...I never stood a chance.He had me so scared and frightened during the whole process. I will never forgive him nor ever forget him He is the true meaning of you are guilty until proven wealthy.
