        I gave one star because there is not an option for negative numbers. Zip car has just robbed me of a monthly fee. Haven't used service for a year. Called and they said they can't get my money back by Wed.( It is Saturday). Rip off company. Don't ask for a supervisor, they put you on hold and then hang up.
