The Training Center

The Training Center is a Great Gym with some of the most talented coaches out there. Jordan does a fantastic job teaching Boxing and Kickboxing at 8am and 9am in the morning. Not only will you get a good workout from his classes but he will teach specific technique to your skill level and ability. Ivan is always there in the morning rolling and teaching though movement on the other mat. Its a great experience to get to learn from multiple master coaches at the same location. The ability to go to classes 4pm-8pm and learn from Chris Leben or Master Baret Yoshida is priceless. If you want to level up, challenge yourself and make some new friends come by. Third floor above THE GYM.

Visited this gym while on vacation, pretty mind blowing to learn jiu jitsu from Barrett Yoshida. Super technical as well as a friendly atmosphere. Thanks for having me Chris!

New to San Diego and Im glad I decided on the training center. A lot of high level people I get to go to class with, and I havent met anyone that I felt was trying to injure me. Seems like theres a solid awareness to get better and make others better. Also, Chris Leben and Baret Yoshida I mean come on.
