        They laughed at me because i dont know the difference between a figure and a model i still dont. then they said they cant continue the chat because they dont want me wasting their time never heard of a business that dosent want to educate their customers

        Rude staff. Tall guy was rude/impatient and kept rushing me. They get their regular sonny angels and smiskis for retail and sell them for 2 dollars more. As for the limited sonny angels, they mark it up 5 to 8 dollars more. Even though they're authorized, it's a shame that they are taking advantage of our love for sonnys & the demand.

      He was very rude to us.His first message was "Do you have Gundam SD figurine" and we had no idea if he meant a figure or a plastic model so we asked him to check our website. All other customers can find what they want on our website among hundreds of products.He then told us in a very high-handed manner to answer with YES or NO! We could answer only "No" because we don't have figurine, but he ridiculed us in a very rude attitude.We found him too rude and unworthy to be our customer.
