        Towed my car by mistake from a complex where I live because I had "no permission" to park there (???) My complex doesn't actually require any permit to park there so I was free of any charges and got my car back but it took me 2 hours. Thieves what can I say

        very ignorant worker. Arrived before they closed to see a woman walking to her car, I say excuse me to get her attention for her to very rudely reply yes? & told me to call after hours. You were supposed to STILL be open, but she got into her car & drove off. Meanwhile someone was urgently watching my baby so i could make it in time & get back home. Since she LEFT i had to wait an hour for someone else to come. absolutely disrespectful.

        Honestly the lady at the front was super chill, she is there to process everything and its not like she was the one who called them to tow your car.. I appreciate the quick service and this is the first time Ive been here. Thank you for the good service.
