Josh is incredibly kind, patient, and punctual. My mother was in an accident yesterday. I called her insurance to attempt to get a tow truck to tow her car from the scene to her home. I called at around 3pm. My insurance contacted about 3 different towing companies. Each stated they were in route, by 8pm no one ever showed. They scheduled us a new person this morning for 9am, again no one showed. I called my insurance and expressed my frustration. I asked her to please send someone who is compassionate in the least, as the other towing companies acted very unprofessional once I was able to get a hold of them hold of them. From the moment they connected me with Josh, he showed empathy and reassured me that he would arrive within in an hour. He even called when he was 20 minutes away. He arrived at the time he said he would. My mother said he was so friendly and professional ! Thank you Josh! You are a life saver! Service: Car towing
