It is a hiking place for the whole family or just a flat and easy place with your pet.

Nice trail! I mountain bike this portion of the SDRP trail system fairly frequently and it's rare to find more than a few people on it at any given time. Great to connect with Hodges or take the switchbacks to Lusardi and head out to Black Mountain.

Signage to get to the park is hard to see from the road so prepare when approaching. The park and trails were well maintained, signed and had plenty of facilities for cyclists and dog owners.

Hiking The trails can be exciting sometimes but usually long walks. Still great place to go.
