Great hike, several different trails to follow or you can go off trail for some climbing/bouldering. Very empty, not many people on the trails at all which was a treat. You can see views of San Diego, Tijuana, and the Pacific Ocean. Some trails were a bit overgrown, so Id suggest wearing pants/leggings. The smell of the sage throughout the park was glorious.

Biked in then hiked. Got great hiking suggestions from staff at information center. Looked like quite a few people hike around river because parking is easier, but I hiked up to a summit and ran into very few people. Great views
