    My experience at Evens was awesome from the quote over the phone, to been greeted at the shop. They had clean Communication with me and also took me back to the bay where are my car was being worked on and showed me what really needed to get done. I give them 5 star rating. Great customer service! Reasonable priced and they have financing if you find yourself in a bind like I did. Would recommend to my friends and family.

    (This is a 2 star review, Google is showing 5, thats not sketchy at all) Lets just get this out of the way. The way they operate is to take your car despite what might be an insufferable wait time. Instead of offering an appointment for a different time, they misquote your time. This practice obviously helps pack the schedule and rack up profits, at the expense of the consumer who has no clear idea of when to expect their car ready. So heres my case: At least 5 other folks, including myself, were quoted at 3 hours, after 3+ hours, I was then quoted at least 2 more. Mind you, all I had was an oil change and tire rotation. I looked in the bay to see my car propped up and thought, how strange, if its not even close to being done, why are the hub caps on and the hood open?. I proceeded to prod the incredibly over-worked gentleman at the front desk (my wife yelled at him), and he ran back to check what my accurate time was. Turns out my car was just being finished and it was only gonna be 10 more minutes. After said time, I received my keys, Micah apologized profusely for the wait, and I went on my merry way. What did we learn from this experience? Micah (the front desk clerk) is over-extended and needs a serious pay raise. He also needs a damn co-pilot, if not just to quell the imminent customer frustration, to get more accurate quote times and help answer the phones. I dont blame Micah for this, because the larger companies love a fall guy, I blame the company. Stop being so damn cheap, staff properly and pay your employees better, consider the raise stress insurance. I wont be going back until these changes are made.
