Evans Tire

Honest, Professional: I got a flat tire with less than 10,000 miles on it due to a nail. My first stop was the dealership, where without looking, they immediately suggested I buy a new tire. After insisting, they looked and said it was unrepairable because the damage was off-center. The cost of replacement and labor was very high. I then called Discount Tires; they didn't have my specific tire and suggested to install a much cheaper tire. Their labor cost was lower but still expensive. Finally, I found Evans Tire through a high rating on maps and emailed them about my issue. They quickly responded, assuring me the tire was repairable and fixed it for just $39. They mentioned that if I had bought the tire from them, the repair would have been free for the life of the tire (if repairable). Compared to my dealer and Discount Tires, Evans Tire was honest, professional, and significantly more affordable. Their approach was straightforward, and they saved me from unnecessary expenses, earning my trust and future business.

Professional and diligent staff. Clean, quiet waiting area. Worked all day to fix the issue and were honest and more than fair re the cost to make it good. Sebastian kept me updated along the 8 hr journey and the mechanic problem solved until all was well. Really appreciate the quality of work. Highly recd now for 7 years!
