Terrible communication, they reached out to my references prior to submitting me to their client. Who does that? I believe they are either data mining or extremely stupid!

If this agency is handling your application for your job you may as well kiss your chances of getting the job goodbye. Terrible communication, lack luster outreach to references, and worst of all zero attention to detail. Crazy that is organization that does not have it together is vetting your applications Recommend that you just reach out to the department lead on LinkedIn. Better chances there instead of this junk

Applied for a position through indeed, was excited when I received a call the next day for a phone screening and then scheduled a video call the next day. My recruiter Katherine was late and rescheduled our call more then twice, and blamed it the difference in times zones. She was flakey with communication and led me to contact another person. They had me do some paperwork and said they would be moving pretty quickly. Katherine said they would look over resumes the following Monday or Tuesday, still havent heard from them so I reached out on FRIDAY to get an update. Katherine stated they decided to focus on applicants closer to San Diego (which was a lie) because another friend of mine applied for the same position and was called back. I believe because I called them out on their unprofessional behavior, they most likely did not even forward my resume on however I dont like my time wasted and thats exactly what they did. Unimpressed.

I have worked for a couple of Agencies before, and I can honestly say it has not been good experiences. With Insight Global It has been awesome one of the best companies I have ever worked for. I have a rep her name is Katie; she is so great to work with. She takes the time to call, and checkup see how it's going, and how I am doing. In the past no one I have worked with would reach out once you got the job that was it, but not with Insight Global. This company is by far hands down the best company to work for.
