        We are happy because our return was higher than we expected. We knew their fee is little too high for non-business filing so we weren't surprised their fee. We chose not to do by our selves because we have some extra things to file and we didn't want to make mistake. Cheri was very professional also friendly who did effort to get maximum returns for us.         I came in there for an appointment I had at 6 with Laurie . The tax preparer looked at one of my w2s (one out of three) and said for me to go do it myself and that if I wanted to use her I would have to pay 209 up front and that would not even Guarantee that I would have a refund. Usually when I went in to H and R block I would get treated a lot better. but felt like she didn't want to take the time to look at the income on the other w2s but was pre-judging before looking at all the information . Sorry that I wasn't worth the time to look at . Been using h and r block for years but won't come back .
