H&R Block

Ive never been to this office and dont plan on ever going here because the guy that answered the phone was so rude. He didnt acknowledge me when he picked up the phone and continued his conversation in office. After he finished that up he was still rude to me in confirming my appointment. I had called back the number that called ME first and I guess somehow I got redirected to the wrong office. Instead of being understand he was rude and put me on hold without transferring me. Unprofessional.

I'm going to use H&R Block next year because of Michael Wasczcak; what an awesome guy! He's been doing my taxes now for three years and I can honestly say I won't ever use anyone else! He's a pleasure to speak with and a true professional!

This review is primarily for Michael W who completed my taxes, as this is my first time using H&R Block. Michael is hands-down the best tax person Ive ever used. The portal was easy to use and seems helpful moving forward. We filled virtually with a video call where Michael was present and engaged throughout. He made sure we understood every step and did not rush through anything. He went out of his way to help and actually found an issue from Jackson Hewitts filing last year that saved us $10k in taxable income. My customer service bar is pretty high and Michael far surpassed it. Well definitely be using H&R Block next year, already scheduled with Michael for 2025. Really appreciate it!!!
