Very bad experience. My information was shared with multiple people working there and also other customers. My taxes were done incorrectly then offered to amend at no extra cost I literally paid a professional to do them to make a mistake? I paid almost $400 to have them done wrong. When I went back to amend then the IRS already did their job so I took time off work for no reason. Loss of more money. Oh and a single mom ended up owing back. They were absolutely done incorrectly and Mr Anderson has the nerve to get an attitude with me over it saying Im just a human and you can talk to my manager. He was very rude and dismissive. Needless to say, I wont be returning. What a joke. Go to a different location or do turbo tax. I now somehow have to have them looked at by someone else. Ed Anderson Im very disappointed in your service but also your attitude toward the situation after being a client for over 5 years. Awful!!!!!!! DO BETTER.

Don't use this place! The lady I got assigned to was very unpleasant, even borderline insulting, and refused to do my federal axes because it involved a real estate transaction in a different state (New York). I walked away in disbelief!
