Stacy has provided me with excellent tax service for many years. She stays updated on new laws, answers my questions in language I understand, and is very prompt during the very busy tax season when you follow her realistic timelines. She provides a pre-checklist that makes it easy to have everything organized and is a time-saver. I highly recommend Always Accurate.

I would not recommend this business to anybody its incredible that Stacey has been in business so long I told her I was in a time crunch because I was going away 3/31-4/14 she told me no problem she never got back to me if she needed anything else I sent emails I left voicemails to no avail. She had never told me how much it is ( she was suppose to call by the following week)she was supposed to get back to me to let me know if theres anything else she needed I told her when it needed to be done Here we are two days before it was supposed to be done I finally got a hold of somebody by calling AGAIN they told me they misfiled my paperwork! Not only was it not done by the time promised it wasnt even started! I decided to pick up my paperwork and start all over again finding someone else I picked up my folder my last name which is very easy five letters it was misspelled on the folder thats why they couldnt find me how could they have made such an incompetent (INACCURATE)mistake when all the paperwork inside the folder has my name on it! At this point it should have been filed whatever I have to pay the IRS shouldve already been completed today instead I picked up my paperwork! Instead of Always Accurate its name to me is Always Inaccurate. Wish I read Yelp & Google Reviews first.
