David and his entire team are the best Tax professionals ever! My Husband and I have entrusted them to act on our behalf when dealing with both the IRS and FTB. I just cannot say enough great things about David & his staff. My ex left me with a HEFTY $44,000 of back taxes and Flat Fee helped me with the whole process. I just received a settlement from the IRS and only have to pay $2873 then I am FREE AND CLEAR! The process takes a while (about a year), but that's because you are dealing with the IRS. David and his team were MORE than helpful and answered all my questions & concerns and never once made me feel inadequate. I just can not tell you what a huge relief this has made in my life!
