KNR just installed steel columns and a steel floor in support of my residential garage extension. Note that the installation site is a steep canyon lot and this steel work is the most critical element of the overall project. Included in this work was the unusual application of Comflor corrugated steel plating. Comflor is typically used in commercial applications for its ability to support significant weight.
This is the fourth time that I have made significant modifications to this property and have dealt with numerous contractors and their subs, so I must emphasize that this steel installation went extremely smoothly and quickly, and the workmen were exceptionally professional. Would hire KNR again in a heartbeat if I had the need for additional steel work. Many thanks, KNR!
