        Poor customer treatment and return policy. I was told one thing when I bought some new snow equipment, and a different story when I came back the next day. The boot didn't work well for me so I came back to the store less than 24 hours later to exchange and the cashier refused because he said they can't resell it. So much for "satisfaction guaranteed or refund" that they print on the receipts.
