My system has been working very well until a few weeks ago when I discovered the Solar Edge app was disconnected from the internet. A tech came out asap, got it back on line and assured me the system had not stopped producing power during the time that it was offline. The app is working fine now.

Action solar took on a repair job that nobody else was interested in. My experience with solar companies is that they just want to do new installations. One of my inverters failed and action was happy to replace it. Their worker was organized and courteous. He did a nice clean installation and cleaned up nicely.

I am working with Action Air to add Solar to my home. From the initial appointment and presentation they have been transparent and open about the entire process. Everyone who comes to my home is announced through text messages. A short bio of the Technician arriving is given, along with the name and ETA of the Technician. They maintain social distancing, are polite and respectful every time. I am so excited to be able to put Solar on my home. I look forward to continuing a business relationship with the good people at Action Air. Highly recommend this company.
