        not even allowed in the office I was looking for help with HIPP enrollment the guy talked to me in the hallway ,he did not introduce himself so I don't know his name. and this "expert" didn't even know the difference between ADAP and Ryan white , and his professional advice was to stick to Ryan white as my "healthcare" even though Ryan white is not a healthcare plan and is not the type of healthcare required by law in the state of California
