        Wow what a mess this place is. I only go there when I have to, because it is so unlike -able. The worst parking in San Diego, and the parking structure has the tiniest parking spaces I have ever seen, and I have a small car. For some reason, there rarely seems to be many people there, yet the parking structure is nearly always full. I think people are using the structure as a park and ride. The center itself is laid out badly and feels oddly unwelcoming. I have tried to like it, but I just cant. Whenever I go there, the place just seems to present more reasons not to.
