        Left a note at my door that I had to pick up package from FedEx after 4:30pm. Arrived around 6:40pm same day. Front desk had my package already labeled to be shipped back to the sender. FedEx was not going to attempt delivery again and didnt mention on the door tag it would be shipped back to sender. Glad I decided to drive over immediately after getting home from work. Also, completely defeats the point of delivery if I need to go to FedEx to pick up a package that should have just been left at my residence. Rude customer service from the lady at the front desk. Already would never use FedEx since theyve delivered previous packages to the wrong street several times and refused to accept responsibility, but now I will request that any purchase be shipped with either UPS or USPS. Or just anyone other than the geniuses at FedEx.
