        Devin was so great, helpful, and patient when I got my Amazon return packing messed up. It was just such a pleasant experience, I was having a hard time because I was returning presents I got for my mom  for Christmas but she passed a week before it. I didn't mention that so this wasn't niceness out if sympathy so it just really touched me.

        This is the best ups store that actually is wheelchair accessible I've been to others but there not wheelchair accessible with automatic door or push button I like the ladies that work here very friendly and helpful deserves a raise in pay

        if i could give a gazillion stars i would! lina and her absolutely wonderful staff take such fabulous care of me!!! but, wait: there's more!!all the staff has been absolutely wonderful to my pup, ryleigh!!  ryleigh receives love and cookies!!!! ryleigh has become their mascot!!always greeted with a smile, a hello and they all go up and beyond to help!!bravo college avenue store!!!

        All the workers here are so nice and helpful! Whenever I need to return something they always go above and beyond by helping me package it up and printing me a return label sticker. So much easier than doing my returns through shipping stores that make you do everything yourself.
