came to ship a letter overnight or 2-day.  I could have done it online but thought I'd get some advice from experts on the best way to get the letter up to the Seattle area.  The cost was $70 and I asked, "what do you recommend? I'm looking for something tomorrow or the day after?"... the answer: "we don't set the prices"... I never even complained about the cost, just looking for customer service and advice from experts.  It's hard to get good employees nowadays I guess.  (BTW: went to USPS directly, and mailed it for $9.95)

This will be short and sweet!Location/parking:Located in the Pacific Highlands Ranch shopping center and near other businesses (i.e., Starbucks, Rite Aid, Trader Joe's, Panera Bread, etc.) and my local gym, Crunch. This is a very convenient location for locals and is close proximity to the 56 Freeway. Plenty of parking and easily accessible from the parking structure, lots or street. Customer Service:Quick and friendly! It was not busy on a weekday morning. I was third in line and only needed to purchase a booklet of stamps. The gentleman, Anthony who assisted me was professional and nice. Didn't have a bad vibe or complaint as others have stated. Price maybe higher than other locations, but I didn't bother to compare. I have yet to utilize their services so maybe my experience may change. So I'll have to update this at a later date. Overall, I got what I needed and it was completely stress-free! Keep it up!

Top service and knowledgeable staff. Cleanliness and kindness. Lots of services offered. I dont know what they dont do! I drop off everything to them. And use their mail box service which excepts every currier. What more could you ask for?

Person working the register super pretentious and rude. Overcharges without telling you there is a charge. Charged me $3.50 to fold and put 3 stripes of tape in a 6"x"6"x6" box. He never mentioned there was a charge when I bought the box. Total price for the smallest box you can imagine $6.50. PRICE GOUGING AT ITS BEST. Won't come back.
