        Nice facility. Speed bumps on the street leading to it are annoying. Did not care for the business model of prorating on the entry month but not on the exit month. And CERTAINLY did not appreciate being baited and switched on the price!! We were quoted a price approximately a week before bringing our vehicles but that quoted price was NOT HONORED when we we got there to sign the paperwork. The manager at the time conveniently could not recall the conversation - even though she recalled the previous 4 conversations we had when looking for storage spaces. BUYER BEWARE! Get written documentation of every conversation. I have been trying for a couple of months to resolve the situation, but Anthony will not put me in touch with anyone at the corporate level.

        I visited the facility recently and was told about the 50% off deal, which was half off $52.00 for a 5x5 unit. It was nearing the end of the month, so the sales person agreed it probably would be best if I wait until the first of the month, (which is today, to take full advantage of the deal. Well, as luck would have it, the price went up! I waited all this time, for nothing. I went out to buy boxes, took my stuff out of my friends garage, sorted items, I borrowed a truck etc .I recently had foot surgery, so that was literally a pain.I just wish she'd told me the possibility of change in price if I waited till today. I would have rented back then. I really liked the facility and the proximity, Hoping they have another deal like this AND it's not at the end of the month, so that folks could take full advantage.

        Anthony was quite helpful getting me set up in my unit - walking me through everything to ensure I could easily access on my own going forward. The facility is the cleanest Ive ever seen, very well lit and secure. Thank you Anthony!!!
