I would have rated thus zero for the bald guy that was RUDE! Scheduled to get a locker for my three bags on about the first week of January 2024 the guy said to come BY 3 so I walked my things over there early showed up at about 11 to pay for the locker he was sitting in front of the computer and was very short in conversation when I asked to pay. He said I was scheduled to LOOK at the locker at three I then asked if I could just pay for the room that I didn't care what it looked like. He then said I couldn't it wasn't 3 so I then said why your not to busy are you? He then said i was not scheduled. I said but your not busy your talking to me. He was very rude I WOULD NOT USE THIS PLACE EVER as his training is lacking and had NO PROFESSIONALISM about himself.
VERY RUDE!!!!!!!

Top notch customer service! I did my research beforehand so I knew what size I needed. When I reserved it online I messed it up but immediately got a call and they fixed my reservation without me needing to do anything. In store Garett (Im not sure how it was spelled) was super nice! Gave me all the information I needed and called the day of to check in on my reserved spot. Super happy so far.
