MMA Academy

This place is the real deal. I have my 7 year old daughter in class. She is learning how to get out of a strong hold, how to address a stranger and how to punch and kick the right way. She is also learning self-control and perseverance. The teachers, The Mihalkanins, are so patient and engaging. It's a great workout but also amazing real-world martial arts training. I can't say enough great things.

Excellent facility. Great Community. Wednesday Focus Mit classes are the best and my favorite. Focus Mit Trainer is really good and allows us to work at a solid pace with challenging drills. Perfect for working professionals! Highly recommended!

MMA Academy is an awesome place to train and learn self defense. I was recommended to this facility and I can see why! The instructors are very skilled, yet welcoming. Mike, the manager, personally toured the facility with me on my first day of Krav. He answered all my questions, provided pricing options (which are quite reasonable for what is offered), and didn't hassle me in making a prompt decision. Thank you Mike!The training space is very clean and offers, as others have mentioned, a great selection of classes (fitness, self defense, Krav, scenario training, etc) held at a variety of times throughout the week. Fitness area has plyo boxes, TRX systems, kettlebells, etc. All equipment is clean and in super good condition.Great place to train. I definitely recommend!
